How much time will take to receive my order?

TRIUM commits to send your order in less than 24 working hours from the time it was placed. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping time for orders within Spain is from 24-48 hours.

For orders sent to European Union, the shipping time may vary from 5 to 10 business days from the time they were placed. 

Shipping time for orders sent out of the European Union can take from 5 to 30 business days depending on the destination country.

Can I cancel my order?

Already dispatched orders will not be allowed to be canceled. If you want to cancel your order send us an e-mail to info@triumjewelry.com explaining the cancelation reason and we will do our best to help you. 

Do you ship worldwide?

TRIUM ships worldwide except for some exclusions. Please reach the section "Orders and shipments" to find the list of countries which, due to logistics reasons, it is not possible to ship.

Where is my order?

We want you to track you orders at any time. For this reason, when we send your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to track your order. 

What happens if I want to change my delivery address?

Once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to make any change in your delivery address. If you think you are in time and you want to change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service and, if it is possible, we will help you the make the changes needed.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

TRIUM only sells items which are in perfect conditions. However, if you exceptionally receive an item in bad conditions, contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Which is your return policy?

TRIUM accepts exchanges or returns in the following cases: 

  • I have received my order in bad conditions.
  • I have ordered a wrong size and I would like to exchange it for the correct one.
  • The product is not what I expected and I would like to exchange it for another one or return it.

In either case, it is mandatory that products subject to an exchange or a return are in perfect conditions and with no signs of misuse. Otherwise, they will not be possible to be exchanged or returned. It is your responsibility to provide the original packaging to ensure the items arrive to TRIUM in perfect conditions. TRIUM does not make refunds under no circumstances. Once the return has been made, you will get a voucher of the returned item(s) which will be valid for the next 30 calendar days. 

The time period to exchange or return an item is 15 days from the delivery date.

Personalized items or earrings are not subject to be exchanged or returned.

Which warranty have your products?

All TRIUM items have a warranty of 1 month from the delivery date. The warranty will be only applied to those cases in which exist a manufacture defect and the damage has not been made due to misuse. TRIUM will study if, in each particularly case, the damage has been caused due to misuse. To request the warranty execution, contact our Customer Service team.

If an item is marked as out of stock we will try to restock it as soon as possible.

How can I make sure I have correctly placed my order?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received it, contact our Customer Service team. 

How can I know my order status?

You can track the status of your order at real time by clicking on the tracking link sent in your confirmation order e-mail.

Can I remove an item from my order?

Yes. You can remove any item(s) from your basket provided that you have not confirmed your order yet.
