GENERAL INFORMATION
- All orders are sent within 24 working hours from their reception. If for any cause this was not possible, we will notify you by e-mail and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.
- If you would like to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is mandatory that you notify this change as soon as possible by sending us an e-mail to info@triumjewelry.com. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any modification on the recipient details.
- The packaging of your order includes only one gift box. Inside the box, you will find each jewel packed in its own vegan suede bag. If you want to receive more than one gift box, once you have filled all the delivery fields at the checkout, you can select the option to pack your jewels individually for only 1€ each. Once the option is selected, you will find the product "Extra packaging" included at your basket and you will be able to increase or decrease the quantity of boxes that you need by means of the arrow icons.
- It is possible that during some promotional periods, the delivery fees are free. These type of promotions will be indicated clearly at our online shop. Remember that, if you subscribe to our Newsletter, you will be able to enjoy exclusively of promotions, news and other special actions.
- We ship worldwide from our logistics center in Barcelona (Spain). You can find below the fees and shipment methods details related to each country.
