IN WHICH CASES I CAN EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
- I have received an order in bad conditions
- The size I have purchased is not the correct one and I would like to exchange it
In any case, is mandatory that the products subject to an exchange or return be in perfect conditions and without obvious signs of usage. Otherwise, it will not be possible to exchange or return them. It is your responsibility to send them in the original packaging to ensure that the items arrive to TRIUM in perfect conditions. If the items are received in poor conditions, we will not be able to effect the return requested.
The time period to exchange or return an item is 15 days from the delivery date of the order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?
Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your intention of exchanging or returning an item.
Once your exchange is approved by our Customer Service team, you must send the item in the original packaging through a certified mail from your National postal service. When we receive the package back, we will make you a voucher with the product value which can be used to make another purchase. This voucher will be valid for 30 days.
TRIUM does not accept returns. If you have received an item that you want to return, you must follow the exchanges procedure. You will receive a voucher, valid for 30 days, which can be used to make another purchase at TRIUM.
TRIUM is not responsible for any case of loss the package must have experienced. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the package arrives to our premises in perfect conditions.
WHICH IS THE TIME WINDOW FOR AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
The time window to demand an exchange or return is 15 calendar days from the order's delivery date.
WHAT'S THE PRICE OF AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
The associated expenses to exchanges are born to the customer. The returning shipping cost will vary depending on the customer geolocation and the price of sending a certified mail to Barcelona.
All TRIUM pieces have a warranty of 1 month from the delivery date of the order. The warranty will be only applied to those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect and, the damage has not been caused for a inappropriate use. TRIUM will study in detail if, in any case, the defect has been caused for an incorrect use of the pieces.
