WHICH IS OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY?
At Trium we offer returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date you receive your order.
All orders placed between November 23rd and December 23rd benefit from an extended return and exchanged period until January 31st.
IMPORTANT NOTE: personalized products by the client will not be subject to be returned or exchanged.
IN WHICH CASES CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
- The size I have purchased is not the correct one.
- I would like to exchange my products.
- I don't like my products.
In any case, it is mandatory that the products subject to an exchange or return to be in perfect conditions, unworn and without any defect. Otherwise, it will not be possible to exchange or return them.
It is your responsibility to send them in the original packaging to ensure that the items arrive to TRIUM in perfect conditions. If the items are received in poor conditions, we will not be able to effect the requested return.
WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR A RETURN?
Send us an email to info@triumjewelry.com or use our contact form with the order number and your intention of exchanging or returning an item.
Our customer service team will confirm you the approval of the return and exchange and will guide you with the next steps to follow.
HOW MAY I SEND THE PRODUCT, ONCE THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE HAS BEEN APPROVED?
You should send the products back in the original packaging (i.e. Trium's white box and brown suede bag) using the shipping service of your choice to the following address:

The associated expenses for returns and exchanges are always the buyer responsibility. The returning shipping fee will vary on the selected shipping service and each buyer's geolocation.
Returns and exchanges from outside the European Union may carry duties and taxes. In case they are, our customer service team will contact you to pay them in advance before issuing you a voucher or making you a refund.
We encourage to send the products back by using a tracked shipping service so you will be able to know where is your package at anytime.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE A VOUCHER OR A REFUND?
Once we receive the products back, our team will review that they meet the returning conditions:
- The size I have purchased is not the correct one.
- I would like to exchange my products.
- I don't like my products.
After reviewing them, we will contact you by email to confirm the correct reception and you will be able to decide whether you prefer a refund or a voucher of the returned product amount.
If you prefer a voucher: you will be able to use it within the next 30 days upon receival.
If you prefer a refund: the returned product amount will be refunded via the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase. The refund can take up to 14 business days since the package reception in our warehouse. Please note that the shipping fee (in case they is any) from the original order will not be refunded in any case.
Trium reserves the right to deduct 1€ from the return in case of not receiving the products in the original packaging (i.e. Trium's white box and brown suede bag).
Trium will not be responsible of any loss or damage the package may suffer during its shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products arrive to TRIUM in perfect conditions. If the items are received in poor conditions, we will not be able to effect the requested return or exchange.
